Detailed, accredited network survey and design work that turns Openreach cluster data into a buildable plan before a spade goes in the ground.
Every deployment starts with our survey teams, who carry out a detailed, in-depth network survey of all premises in scope — SDU, MDU and DiG alike — working directly from the Openreach-provided cluster data set.
All survey activity is carried out by S11 accredited operatives using Orion, in line with published Openreach procedures. We conduct intrusive surveys of the proposed access network, starting at the aggregation nodes and progressing through to the required CBTs, verifying premises and inspecting existing infrastructure as we go.
From this we produce a full Survey & Design Pack covering the recommended solution for every THP, including all associated civils, traffic management and permissions requirements — applying Openreach-approved civils avoidance techniques wherever it's viable and cost-effective, so build teams inherit an optimised, ready-to-deliver network design.
